Led by bassist Paul Carmichael, who has over twenty years’ industry experience, Xtatic is an inexorable musical force of unrelenting talent and skill, captivating audiences with their show stopping performances.
Xtatic is a five to eighteen-piece band drawn from London’s finest creative musicians. Xtatic represents just one of the fantastic function bands managed exclusively by Music By Arrangement.
Whether you want your entertainment to be outrageous and loud, soft, subtle and humorous, funky, soulful and jazzy or anything in between, Xtatic can achieve it, transforming a party into an unforgettable event.
Distinguishing themselves from other function bands on the circuit, Xtatic demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism. Their extensive experience both as a group and individually includes prestigious performances with some of the biggest names in the business. Between them, they’ve worked with high profile stars such as Beverly Knight, Van Morrison, Razorlight, Incognito, The Bee Gees, Lulu, Mica Paris and Seal. As well as having performed in every hotel in London’s exclusive Park Lane, they have also featured in world renowned shows such as Hairspray, Jersey Boys and Strictly Come Dancing.

Brought together by Music By Arrangement founder, Sarah Balfour, The Hat Pack represents the best of UK swing bands. Comprised of three exceptional entertainers: Roy Hamilton, Cuttie Williams and Kevin Leo. This extraordinary trio performs around the globe, singing everything from Rat Pack era classics to today’s chart hits, all in their slick, swing style.

With their unique blend of close harmonies and ability to mix traditional gospel with jazz, soul, blues, classical and latin styles, can be hired as a 4/5 singers and keys right up to full 16 strong choir and full band. They bring their positive attitude and professionalism to EVERY performance and can be hired for all occasions such as weddings, tours, church events, private functions or openings.

Bossa Quartet
Enchanting quarter playing the best of celebrated Brazilian songwriters such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Joao Gilberto, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil and Vinicius de Moraes.
With vocals destined to delight and the very best of acoustic guitar, this line-up is excellent for unobtrusive background music during cocktails and dinner parties. The focus on the laid back, sophisticated classics of Brazilian Bossa Nova provide a lively, intimate atmosphere.
World Music Quartet
